Today, I want to simply be,
No tasks, no plans, just feeling free.
The world can wait, it won’t be missed,
For now, I’ll stay in lazy bliss.
No emails, calls, or chores to do,
Just quiet skies and endless blue,
A pause, a breath, a gentle sigh,
As hours slowly drift on by.
The sunlight’s warm, the shadows play,
And as I sit, time slips away.
No rush, no race, no urgent plan,
Just peace, just rest – quiet I am.
Today, I choose this gentle sway,
To do nothing, and be okay.
So let the world keep spinning on,
For now, I’ll just be here till dawn.
